Grand Sri Rama Navami Celebrations at CRPF Chandrayangutta Camp

Hyderabad: The Chandrayangutta area resonated with the sacred chants of Lord Rama as Sri Rama Navami was celebrated with great devotion and grandeur at the CRPF Signal-2 Battalion camp. Organized by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), the event stood as a symbol of faith, unity, and service, transforming the premises into a vibrant spiritual arena.

The celebrations were graced by Commandant Hari Om and his spouse as chief guests, adding dignity and warmth to the occasion. In a remarkable gesture, the Commandant and his wife personally led the ceremonial Kalyanam (divine wedding) of Lord Sita Ram, performed amidst Vedic chants and devotional fervor, leaving devotees spiritually enriched.

A major highlight of the event was the large-scale Annadanam (community feast) organized after the ceremony. Hundreds of CRPF personnel and their family members participated and received the sacred offering. The act of service reflected the spirit of compassion, sharing, and collective harmony.

The evening witnessed a colorful and energetic procession (Shobha Yatra), where participants immersed themselves in devotional songs and chants of Lord Rama. The entire area came alive with festive zeal, devotion, and cultural vibrancy.

Prominent officials who attended the event included 2IC Uttam Banerjee, Deputy Commandant Tribhuvan Pratap Singh, Assistant Commandants Edukrishnan and Yetender Kumar Sharma, Subedar Major Mohan Rao, Inspector Gopinath, along with CRPF families.

The Sri Rama Navami celebrations at the Chandrayangutta CRPF camp stood as a shining example of devotion, discipline, and unity, earning appreciation from all who witnessed the grand spiritual gathering.
