Medak Toopran Division : In view of maintaining law and order in Medak district, Superintendent of Police D.V. Srinivas Rao announced that Sections 30 and 30(A) of the Police Act, 1861 will be enforced across the district from March 1 to March 31.
During this period, organizing dharnas, rasta rokos, protests, rallies, public meetings, assemblies, or gatherings without prior permission from police authorities is strictly prohibited, the SP clarified.
He further stated that any unlawful activities, attempts to disturb peace, or actions causing damage to public or government property will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Strict action will be taken against those who violate the law or disrupt public order.
The SP appealed to the public, public representatives, and leaders of various organizations to cooperate with the police department in maintaining peace and ensuring a harmonious atmosphere in the district.
