I am writing to report an incident of trademark infringement that has occurred involving my business. (YouTube Channel Name is RTV / Rayudu Vision Media Limited) unregistered trademark symbol. Application. No : 5750607/ RTV, Class :38, Date of Application 04th Jan 2023, Proprietor : Rayudu Vision Media Limited.
( The Reporter Tv ) As the owner of a registered trademark, I have the exclusive right to use my trademarked logo and any unauthorized use of it is a violation of my intellectual property rights.
I have recently discovered that a company (RTV ) is using a logo that is nearly identical to my trademarked logo on their mic and marketing materials. This unauthorized use of my trademarked logo is causing confusion among my viewers and diluting the value of my brand.
I believe this is a criminal offense and I request that you take appropriate legal action against the company responsible for the trademark infringement. I have attached a copy of my trademark registration certificate for your reference.
